As of August 15, 2020, at 9am, the value of EGU per unit was US$0.6400. At 6:30pm, it rose to US$0.6460. It is advisable that users should continue to hold onto their EGU until the percentage increase exceeds 1% before deciding to close at the higher position. Through the price difference, users would be able to maximize their investment benefits.

During this period, the global economic downturn and geopolitical tensions will continue to weigh on gold prices. Historically, gold prices have fluctuated briefly but have always risen eventually. Moreover, Everest Gold users are physical gold investors, which are different from users investing in leveraged futures gold. We allow our users to own the absolute pricing power of gold to keep the risks manageable. Thus, users may consider buying when the gold price falls instead of selling off at low prices. On the other hand, users may choose to cash out when the gold price has risen till a higher figure.
