Dear users,

We are aware that some users are unable to execute the deposits and withdrawals feature since July 1, 2020. We have contacted our third-party vendor about this issue, and was informed that as the system integration is still ongoing, this feature has to be executed manually for now. This feature will be automated subsequently. We apologise for the inconvenience caused, and will update all users once we have new updates.
